No response and after several days I called again. He responded by text and said he had to take a few personal days. An appointment was set for him to come give us an estimate and he did send that after our first meeting. At that appointment some additional plans were discussed and another appointment set. This time he didn't show up, didn't call and didn't text. I sent two text to him asking if he was coming and no response. We had plans for the day and we were left waiting and wondering. On my third message I told him he had already had two red flags previously by responding several days after I had called and this was the second issue of not showing and that I could not work with undependable and we were done. Then he finally responded and said he got hung up building a swing set! That's very unprofessional. No I would not recommend him, he seems to work when he wants to as some previous reviews on Yelp have had the same issue. In his defense he seems to be a very nice guy, but I wasn't hiring a nice guy.

The technician used a scope to probe all the way to the street were our sewer finally emptied into the main city sewer line. The camera probe found that a break occurred in the city's connector to our private line. Finntastic Plumbing then sent photographs made my their camera probe to the city. The city of Cleburne came the same day and inspected the sewer leak at the street in front of our house. The city was convinced that the city was liable for the damages. I am so thankful for Finntastic Plumbing doing all that battling for me the customer. Bottom line, the city of Cleburne was convinced that they were at fault and they the city of Cleburne would handle the repair for the broken sewer pipe at the street. Thank you, Finntastic Plumbing! I work from home and every time I turn my computer and printer on the breaker was tripping thus I didn't have electricity in my study. I have an electrician or electrical company that I use, but they were out on a large large job and it was going to take them four days to come out here. So I called cool hand electric because I can't afford to not have electricity in my office because I work from home. The technician quoted a "package service" to inspect the breaker and told me they also needed to check all the outlets in that room for chewed wires and other issues for around $1,000 total. I declined the extras and asked only for the breaker to be replaced if confirmed bad. I still paid $512 for what was, in the end, one breaker swap. While here, the same technician told me my panel was "maxed out" and recommended a full panel replacement, quoting roughly $5,400 verbally at my house. The written estimate that came through afterward was $12,672 more than double what was discussed in person. I had a licensed electrician I've used for years review the situation; he confirmed the panel does not need to be replaced and that the pricing is well above market. For context, a 200-amp panel replacement in the DFW area typically runs in the $3,500-$5,500 range from independent licensed electricians, permit and inspection included. This quote is roughly 2-3x that. The high-pressure framing, the "membership required for discounts," the 15-year GoodLeap financing pitch, and the gap between the verbal and written numbers all point to a sales-driven model rather than a service-driven one. I'd encourage anyone who gets a large recommendation from this company to get two or three independent quotes before signing anything.
