As the weather started to get cooler the boiler did kick on but was not working right. Then we had the bad no heat at all. We called Webb Heating and Cooling. They sent two guys out. It turns out that we have a closed steam heat boiler and an expansion tank in an upstairs closet. Webb Heating and Cooling were able to get the system up and running like a dream. After quite a bit of effort, he decided it would be best to replace a pipe, which he did the next day since it was getting late. He replaced the pipe quickly and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. He also was very reasonable with his price. I then showed him a leaky toilet, and he gave me an estimate. I didn't anticipate it getting worse so soon, so I called him a couple days later and he got fixed quickly and quite reasonably!
