Since it wasn't an emergency, I decided not to pay the weekend rate. He showed up on time Monday and tried to snake the clog loose. After quite a bit of effort, he decided it would be best to replace a pipe, which he did the next day since it was getting late. He replaced the pipe quickly and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. He also was very reasonable with his price. I then showed him a leaky toilet, and he gave me an estimate. I didn't anticipate it getting worse so soon, so I called him a couple days later and he got fixed quickly and quite reasonably!

He could not find it so we had to replace the entire line. Second time he came out to find a leak in my pool plumbing. He determined what line, but couldn't figure out where in the line the leak was. This last time, we called because we currently have a huge leak in our pool. He determined it was at the bottom where the main drain is, which is the logical location as it leaks when the pump isn't even running. But he couldn't determine if it was leaking AROUND the pipe or if the pipe was broken and it was leaking OUT OF the pipe. He refused to go in to see which was the case because the water was "too cold". (It is July) My pool is still leaking and I'm out $323.

Another neighbor lady and I called the gas company, but the lady next to us, an elderly widow, called these guys. I met them right before they knocked on her door and told them what the problem was. Even though he knew he couldn't help her, he still proceeded to go through the wickets and charge her. He never told her it was a gas line issue.
