Had an appointment for an oil change and asked them to look at an issue concerning the check engine light and some weird things happening with shifting. They were able to diagnose it correctly and fix for around $200. I came in worried about the transmission so $200 was ok! And they did fix the problem a few months later. Another visit with a different vehicle, asked for an oil change and just confirm there are no problems before we went on a road trip. $100 for that oil change and health check which seemed really high. Took my vehicle in to get the air conditioner repaired, ended up with a transmission problem. They replaced the sensor, which fixed the air conditioner, when they took it down from the rack, the car would not move. The car never had an issue with the transmission! The mechanics response was, "I would have to tear the transmission apart to figure it out"! I went in with a running vehicle, and left with a huge problem..... also, the employees were very rude! I will NEVER take my vehicle there again!!! read more

Randomly walked in to inquire for an oil change. Staff greet you with a friendly hello how are you today. I meet Corey and we agreed on a 3pm appointment. Showed up about 10 mins prior to the appointment, and was complete by 340pm. Corey answered all my questions, and did I mention she is really friendly. No fuss no up charges. Didn't try add extra unnecessary fixes to the bill. Just the oil change, and check and top of all fluids. The waiting area is nice and clean, and so is their restroom. Air conditioned and really comfy couch to sit on. Took a quick nap. All in all if I'm ever in this part of the country again I would return to Henderson's in a heart beat. On way back to Indy from Terre Haute our Car broke down on 70, so AAA picked this place to be towed to due to proximity. Professional in every aspect, (communication, quality work, timely repair) but a bit pricey; I.e., first time I've ever been charged for diagnostic labor work when I've agreed to have work done, and charging for shop supplies seems a bit much, when they had to make at least $60 profit on part they used, but I had no choice since it was towed there. My shop would have charged $100 less. But no issues with the quality of the work. read more
