They were snotty to my husband about where we parked (there are "stop" lines painted on the asphalt right outside the office, but no stop sign, so we figured that's where they wanted us to leave the car before they pulled it in), and then told him an hour and a half. We high-tailed it out of there and down the road to Jiffy Lube. They got us in and out (AND vacuumed the car and cleaned the windows) in FIFTEEN MINUTES. And they were super nice. You can only deal with so many a**holes in a day. Don't waste any of yours on this Walmart auto center.

I tried to do business with a local dealer being that I'm in Avon also, but apparently they did not value that.

We weren't asking for that much of a reduction so beware of that. We walked away feeling bewildered that their profit margins were so low that all they could lower was $200 on a $40k vehicle. What a waste of time spent for us in phone calls and waiting. Im glad I didn't buy from this dealership.
