Regardless of ownership, no other electrician was available on short notice for the unexpected bathroom rewire. The electricians at Buddy's are competent and friendly, but Buddy's has become extremely expensive. I was charged $800.00 for 3 hours of work for the bathroom re-wire. Subsequent to this job, I checked the nationwide low, average, and high cost for electricians and found that $800. for 3 hours of work was far above even the highest nationwide cost for an electrician. Buddy's, however, can charge whatever they want, and yes, I agreed to their charge. Why am I writing this review 2 years after the work was completed? Because I now want the entire house rewired. While Buddy's is competent, I will use a different electrician to rewire my entire house.

They never let me know that they were servicing the business I manage. Now I know for sure that we were being overcharged for poor service. We recently went with a new company that services a neighboring business (same large building) and they informed me that a fan belt was broken and laying below one of my AC units. Who knows how long that AC unit had been broken. Ranger never cared to let me know. I am not entirely sure they were even replacing filters. All the units needed to be flushed and freon added. It is clear that if we would have continued doing business with Ranger we would have lost an entire unit costing us thousands. When it warmed up, we tried to turn on the unit and it was DOA. After one hot and humid night we seriously considered calling an end to our vacation.
