Dr. Heaton himself did my cataract surgery. Now my right eye has horrible floaters in it. I wish I…read morehad never had this done. I went in to see another Dr to get my eyes checked for glasses. A tech did the check a Dr signed off on it. The Dr can't be bothered to make sure they get it right. The didn't. Went back requested an appt with the Dr. A student Dr came in and did the check up. Not my Dr. still wrong. Today I'm just having them put my old prescription in the new frames I had to buy. Now I will have new glasses that I didn't need. Still haven't spoken with my Dr. what a money grubbing place to go. STAY AWAY!!! They don't care about you just your money.

Do NOT get MONOVISION Lasik without knowing that you LOSE THE ABILITY TO: read a medicine bottle,…read moreread highway signs at any distance, easily read a book in bed, thread a needle, remove a splinter from your own finger, read a cereal box at the grocery store from the center of the aisle, read the computer screen while standing behind someone to assist them, read something on your phone except at arm's-length, use a sewing machine comfortably, make jewelry, read Netflix movie descriptions from your couch. The concept of your brain adjusting to seeing most anything is clearly FALSE and or was not explained appropriately. The surgical procedure was excellent; but when I questioned (afterwards) why I could not do these things I was told that was explained to me beforehand. I was told what monovision WOULD DO, but not what I WOULD NO LONGER BE ABLE TO DO.

I had a very frustrating experience at this eye clinic today. I drove 2.5 hours to bring my dad to…read morehis scheduled appointment. We arrived on time, but we waited over three hours before he was even seen. The office felt completely disorganized. Appointments did not seem to be running in any kind of order, and the waiting room was packed with around 20 other patients who also appeared to be waiting far past their scheduled times. My dad was eventually taken back for testing and even started the process of choosing glasses. Then we were told they needed to redo his tests, so they brought him back again. Right as they were about to continue his appointment, the doctor simply decided to leave for the day and refused to proceed with seeing any more patients. This meant my dad's appointment--after hours of waiting and after driving several hours to get there--was never completed. Meanwhile, the waiting room was still full of patients who had appointments as well. I understand that clinics can run behind sometimes, but accepting appointments and then leaving patients without care after hours of waiting is unacceptable, especially for elderly patients who traveled a long distance. I hope management reviews how appointments are handled and ensures patients are treated with more respect in the future.

Angela, the asst mgr, was AMAZING! She helped us so much with my hubby's glasses. They made sure…read moreall of his measurements were for the trifocals were very precise. We appreciated it so much as he is a truck driver. They have a great selection of glasses! The atmosphere was also nice with trendy music playing. 10000000/10 experience!
