The only reason I am even giving this office a 1 star review is because i can't enter a negative number. Dr. Patterson was very nice. I would give her 4 stars for her compassion and knowledge. But she was the only bright spot in this entire debacle. The office staff in the Willow Street office is terrible. Condescending. Patronizing. Unprofessional. No follow-through. A staff member even tried to tell me they left me a voicemail message about going to another provider to get my orthotics. This was not true. Not sure whose phone they called and left a message on, but it wasn't mine. I have my phone records for the last 6 months saved on my phone. Incoming, outgoing, even the deleted ones. No one from this office EVER called me. I was always the one initiating the follow up calls. Down right infuriating. Especially the office manager. After a very exasperating phone conversation with her, yesterday, about an email she had sent me, I asked to leave a voicemail message for Dr. Henderson, the owner. The office manager told me Dr. Henderson didn't have a voicemail. When Dr. Henderson did call me back today, I asked her if she had a voicemail and she said yes. The office manager couldn't even tell the truth about that. What it all boils down to is this: after almost TWO MONTHS of trying to find out from Henderson if my insurance company would pay for my orthotics, I found out that I actually needed to call another provider, Hanger Clinic. I got their phone number and called them right away. Within THREE HOURS, Hanger had the answer I needed about my insurance coverage. THREE HOURS! You tell me...did I receive patient centered care from Henderson Podiatry? I don't believe I did. read more

So far so good. Very clean and professional office with competent and attentive staff. Natasha assisted Dr Henderson and was so compassionate and patient. I recommended this Dr. The staff responded quickly to my needs. And when I needed urgent care, they got me in to the office right away. My second appointment was also urgent and I saw Dr Waters and had an x-Ray. The shoe provided was the wrong size ( it's WL large & she thought it was a Medium). I will try to exchange it or get the right size. I am still undergoing treatment and will update my review as results occur. read more

I have been going to Dr. Henderson for several years. She is really a very good doctor. The office staff is very friendly and pleasant. I got a new pair of wonderful shoes from her. She is very kind and considerate. She has 2 offices and gives a very thorough exam of your feet. WONDERFUL service!! read more

I went to Henderson Podiatry and it was a great experience. I had doctor Patterson and she was wonderful. I have two ingrown toenails and they hurt so bad. Dr. Patterson had to give me two shots in my big toe and she sprayed some kind of cooling spray on it first, then gave me the shots. She talked to me the whole time and explained everything that she was going to do before she did it. I hardly felt the shots. All the instruments she used was clean and sterilized. The medical receptionist Diane was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this office and look forward to my recovery and walking pain free. read more

This is my 2nd review of this provider. I highly recommend Dr. Waters as she is very knowledgeable and very good with patients from my experience. My comments are for the billing office, I have just been made aware of a bill that has been sent out to me twice, last month and this month of service received last year in April 2019. This provider states that I am responsible for what medicare didn't pay. That's all well and good but I have a secondary insurance that pays what is leftover from medicare. So I call the office and I want to know why I'm getting this bill. I'm told that the office had faxed Tricare for a whole year with no response. Now I've been a patient here for the last 5 years and most recently, last August I received flat foot reconstruction surgery by Dr. Waters. I was in that office every week for months, I would think someone would have made me aware that we're not hearing back from Tricare on this bill. So I receive another bill this week and I speak to billing manager P.J. who tells me we've been faxing Tricare for a year with no response. Well I would think someone would think to themselves after not getting response from Tricare, did medicare send the bill over to Tricare after their payment. Now over a year later, it's outside of the year for payment. I called medicare yesterday to find out there was an adjustment and it did not cross over to Tricare which is the usual way this is accomplished. I would have very much appreciated if a tiny piece of research could have been done with this instead of sending out bills to patients with no explanation except there's nothing else we can do, well yes there was something else you could have done. It's sad to me that patients aren't more than just dollar signs in my personal opinion and this is my experience. THIS DOCTOR'S OFFICE IS HORRIBLE!!!- I should've listened to the BBB reviews. Wendy is one of the rudest people on the phone. This office will charge you for things and order things for you even after you consent not to. The doctor was very rude as well. I tried to explain my medical condition where she cut me off stating she knew what it was when in the end she tried to over brace my condition. I called two days later to cancel my account with them and spoke with Wendy. She stated she would and in the end never did. They still continued an order and even stated on BBB response that they do not order anything without a deposit. But no deposit was made. I never received a bill EVER to now receiving a collection letter for a service that I never received. I Do not recommend Henderson Podiatry. read more
