She is very caring and informative. She did her best to deliver my baby just as I wished. This was my best pregnancy and delivery I have had. I was hoping to have her again but unfortunately she is no longer near me. I was so sad to hear this. Called 7 offices that would not take me as a patient even though I have insurance(all in my network). Had to go to the E.R. after 2 days and it happened that she was on call. I explained to her my situation, she said "hmm I'll take you." I had a very rough pregnancy, she listened to all of my concerns, figured out in collaboration with me and her colleagues, and is super cool to boot! My mother recommended him to me and couldn't quit raving how wonderful he was, boasting that there are people who drive from other towns just to be treated by him. After I met him I could see why. He actually listens to what you have to say, and makes the interaction with him pleasant and welcoming. After so many doctors being curt, rude or just plain dismissive, this was a revelation to me. He's also thorough, but doesn't put you through a litany of expensive tests you may not need. I've been suffering with back trouble for years and he was the first one to tell me I have bone spurs on the spine - some doctors wouldn't even *talk* to me without my having an MRI first. He works with you to find solutions that best fit your circumstances, and restored my faith in doctors. Possibly my favorite (and most trusted) physician ever.

I was told that I needed a referral and I told the receptionist that I was already a patient there and had Medicare. So, I called my pcp and asked to get a referral. Since no Dr office ever calls back, I called Bone and Joint back and was told by the nurse that I could have an appointment in a week. Nevermind!
