We found…read moreJereme Lyons of Amigos Services here on Angie's list, and while he started out as the best there is, the quality and service deteriorated over the span of the project until eventually he vanished all together and left us with an unfinished house. The original date our house was supposed to be finished August 7th, 2025. There were several periods of time where Jereme was paid but no work was being done to our house, and the completion date kept getting pushed further and further behind. My wife and I were living in different AirBnb's and hotels throughout this process, and we would book places based on when Jereme said the house would be done. But guess what? Jereme was not doing his job so we my wife and I would have to pack up all our stuff and move again with a booking once again based off Jereme's completion date. This process was repeated multiple times causing my wife and I a lot of stress because of constant moving and our house not getting worked on. We then went on a vacation we had planned a year in advance, and Jereme said the house would be done by the time we came back (mid August). Can you guess what happened? The house was not done, nor had ANY WORK BEEN COMPLETED while we were away. We then had to scramble for another place to live until finally we had enough and got Jereme motivated enough to at least make the house livable for us. We moved in to our not yet finished home with the promise he would finish by a certain date (surprise it wasn't), and many things were unfinished or simply not done. Jereme destroyed our side yard porch by removing the whole thing with the promise of pouring concrete for us, but instead he left us with nothing while leaving water lines exposed, rubble and debris, and no porch. He left all construction trash in our backyard, completely broke our contract and then ghosted us. Sadly we paid all in advance and in full and now we've heard nothing and lost a lot of money on fixing things, cleaning things. Please go to a contractor you can trust, not this company, not Jeremy (owner).  If you decide to work with him please please please DO NOT PAY HIM IN ADVANCE, don't get scammed like we did. Now our house is unfinished and unsafe for our children and we're having to get a loan to fix everything he won't.

I thought it was going to be an all day job, but he was done in just a short while. I am pretty picky, so I looked everything over very well and the job was flawless.
