I ended up at Well Now today on the recommendation of my wife who was shocked at how friendly and competent the staff was four months ago. My experience today was the same. Every single person there was friendly from front office to nurse to nurse practitioner. My issue was solved and then they set me up with instructions on what to do going forward and sent my prescription to my regular pharmacy. I would give them all a raise if I could, but the least I can do is make sure to leave a review and say thank you everyone. At a moment in time where medical professionals are hard to find and often overworked and frustrated, this crew refuses to be jaded and is still on their A-game. God bless you all.

So: Location. Right next to the freeway exit (465 & Washington Street E) -- easy to get to. Dedicated parking lot, and easy to drop patients off at the front door. Facilities: Clean, comfortable, roomy waiting area. Friendly and efficient front desk staff. Plenty of available masks & hand sanitizer. Waiting area easy to socially distance. Chairs comfortable. Experience making appointment: Courteous receptionist who helped me immediately, and offered two back-to-back appointments (for myself and His Goatness) within four days of my call. Appointments can be booked online, as well, for existing patients. Filling out forms/receiving results/payment: ALL available online, and easy to navigate. Received access to my visit summary within three hours. Received access to my labwork as soon as it was reviewed by the pathologist. Reminders for treatments/diagnostics due show up on the app as well -- makes it easy to keep track of ongoing care. Medical staff: Samoyia, the nurse, was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Dr. Zachary Crowell, new to the practice, was logical, organized, and pleasant, spending all the time needed to sort and make sense of my medical history and needs. He made two referrals to deal with my current needs, all within the same network -- I received callbacks and made appointments before the day was over. It reminds me of an indoor mini mall, because there is seating in the middle, with offices all around. Me, personally? I've been here to visit the Quest Diagnostics for blood draws, visited the walk-in breast screening services for my yearly mammogram, had an X-ray done for abdominal woes, and brought my children to visit the urgent care. There are also endocrinologists here, OB/GYN care, physical therapists and other physicians and services. The waiting room is big and open, and it's always been very peaceful and calm whenever I have visited. I don't enjoy visiting any kind of doctor at any time, but whenever I visit a doctor or get a procedure done here, it's always been a good experience.

I was treated quickly and efficiently; hence no long periods of waiting. I was probably in worse shape than most due to me being a diabetic and my age. I had the worst sore throat of my life and could not swallow hardly at all, let alone drink water or eat anything. The only thing I could eat was ice cream. They prescribed Paxlovid and that drug cured my sore throat within 48 hours. It was completely gone after two days. Today, I came to the Radiology department for a bone density test. I've had several tests in the past at other facilities, this one was my first at this location. From the time I parked the car until I got back to my car, the total elapsed time was 20 minutes. This included registration, a couple minutes of waiting and a few minutes of testing.
