Kristi at first, said she wanted me to be happy & did return some of my money for the faulty machine but charged me a "credit card fee" & proceeded to scold me via an email for returning the machine & that she doesn't give refunds & she would not return my entire payment. WOW. I really liked Kristi & connected very well with her, but after the machine mishap, I experienced her true colors. I was pretty hurt & disappointed that I was made to feel responsible for her faulty, very expensive equipment that doesn't work properly. And if Kristi wants to use an excuse of "user error" then the technology shouldn't be so complicated on a very expensive medical device that you can bring home to use on your entire family! Seems like it should be used only under a supervised, trained professional if it can actually do what it miraculously claims to do.
