I should have known I was going to have another problem with this office after my very first visit,…read morewhen I waited well over an hour past my appointment time just to be seen. Unfortunately, my most recent experience proved that this office clearly has no idea what is going on. I arrived 30 minutes early for my scheduled appointment at the Ormond Beach location, only to be told after checking in that my appointment was actually in Orange City. This was after three days of trying to reach someone to confirm the location -- and being told by their voicemail not to leave more than one message. No one ever called me back. When I finally reached someone after leaving the Ormond office, she said she would contact Orange City and call me right back. That call never came either. I drove to the second location on my own, only to be told I could not be seen and would need to make yet another appointment. By then, I had wasted half my day, two unnecessary trips, and my own gas because of their complete lack of communication and coordination. No patient should have to deal with this level of disorganization. My time has value, and I fully expect the doctor to pay the invoice I submitted for the time, mileage, and inconvenience caused by their repeated mistakes. This office needs serious internal fixes before more patients are affected. I really feel for the other patients that left poor reviews

We gave this doctor's office staff only a ONE (1) because there isn't a ZERO! My wife had a…read morescheduled appointment at the Orange City clinic and due to high traffic and bad weather we were exactly 8 minutes late. The front desk receptionist pretty much gave my wife a dirty look and rudely said, "you are 8 minutes late and your appointment has been cancelled!". we asked politely "we just drove 50 miles so could you please see what can be done as my wife really needs to see this neurologist badly, PLEASE!". The receptionist working the front window has no people skills and again stated, "you were late so NO we can't help you today!" Then she started saying, "well it doesn't look like you did in pre-paperwork (which we were never told had to be completed before a visit) so we wouldn't see you today anyway!". "Have a nice evening!" was her final farewell. Horrible attitude! Bad Vibes! Rude people! would never recommend this office or being associated with this doctor's unprofessional staff ever!!!!!

Unacceptable service. Office Manager lied in my face. Waited for Dr Scott from August if he can…read morehelp me as a cancer patient to help with my 24/7 pressure and nerve pain after mastectomy. Seen him in October for few minutes and he ordered MRI and said we will discuss what to do after. I could get earlier appointment with NP but because it's first time very important to me decisions about my treatments I wait till December to see him. Today office manager keep telling me I de appointment with NP. Why would I wait so long and looking for best doctor in Ormond and on the end not be able to see him. .

I would strongly caution anyone considering this doctor. My husband suffered multiple strokes, and…read moredespite the seriousness of his condition, this office repeatedly failed to provide even the most basic follow-up care. The doctor stated my husband needed another MRI, but it was never scheduled, and when my husband called multiple times to ask about it, those calls were never returned. On top of that, the doctor consistently neglected to fill out the required insurance forms for short-term disability benefits, creating enormous stress during an already difficult time. Even worse, when finally pressed, the doctor misrepresented what had been said to my husband when communicating with the insurance company. The lack of responsiveness, accountability, and honesty has been devastating for us. Patients deserve care, attention, and truthfulness--none of which we received here. We are filing a state medical board complaint but wanted to warn others while they investigate this "doctor."

After years of lower back pain and sciatica I went to the expert spine surgeon at the Mayo clinic…read morein Jacksonville and after seeing I lived in the Cape Canaveral area he *highly* recommended that I first see Dr. Christian C Prusinski for some alternative treatments before resigning myself to spinal surgery. If there's one thing I've learned is that back pain is very specific and not a one-size-fits-all solution. Dr. Prusinski was extremely caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. I greatly appreciated his measured approach to dealing with my issues. It took multiple visits and increasing levels of treatments but in the end he changed my life. It's not that I'm healed but I have now gone several more years without surgery and can do so many things that I avoided for many years. It's been 18 months since my treatment and I continue to slowly improve. I highly recommend Dr. Prusinski.
