Months ago, I called to get a 0 balance due statement by calling their number. The voice recording says to call 719-473-4030 for the billing department, but that number is disconnected. So calling them back... multiple times, I select the option to speak to a receptionist. Now here is where the fun begins.... EVERY TIME. The receptionist will tell you they will relay the information to the billing department and the billing department will call me back. Ha! They don't call. Calling back, again, again they will say we'll relay the information. This last time I called I asked for the billing department phone number so I could speak with them directly since the information wasn't getting "relayed." Their response... oh, we're in the middle of moving so the number isn't connected yet. So then I ask, it's been like this for months, how long does it take to set up a phone for the billing department? But could I finish my question? Nope! The receptionist kept interrupting me. So, I just talked over her, because I wasn't done with my question, how can you know the answer if you don't let me finish? So, what happens? The receptionist told me I was being rude by raising my voice. So, I asked, who is ruder, the person who interrupts the speaker before they are finished or the speaker who intends to ask their question that wasn't complete? Again, she spoke over me. I can't even! What is wrong with people that they cannot help you when THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THEIR JOB DESCRIPTION ENTAILS! I'm done with you and I'm writing every possible crappy review I can to make sure others know this is what they can expect. If you don't like it, fix it. This world is full of possible solutions and there is no excuse!

I went in and they said two gals at the front desk were sweet and helped me get checked in. I was taken back to the room by a young man named Dustin who was very very kind and efficient filling out the information for the chart including all the prescription info(not an easy task). Next came in the PA named Nicole who was kind, friendly and extremely efficient. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes to go pick up my Prescriptions at Costco. Totally wonderful experience.

They also seem to run interference and insist they cannot schedule for Dr. Harmon and my husband must see another provider. Once this resulted in an N.P. referring him to another doctor to do a hospital procedure that was inconclusive because that doctor did not get adequate biopsies; following that, when my husband was able to see Dr. Harmon, he advised he never would have done such a procedure at all. When we can't get through to Dr. Har.on for days now, because Sara is on medical leave and the new office manager is on I definite leave, we are so frustrated. This practice must make changes and be accountable for ALL patient care!

When I tried to make an appointment to see her, the office called and rescheduled me FIVE TIMES before I finally got in to see her. Dr. Nelson seemed dismissive of my concerns and trying to get a referral from her is like pulling teeth. I recently turned 40 and requested an ultrasound and mammogram to establish baseline health and to address some ongoing issues, both of which Dr. Nelson refused as "unnecessary." We scheduled a follow up visit and after showing up for my appointment, the front desk had no record of me in their system but managed to get me in the following week. When I showed up for that visit, the MA mentioned I had called and requested labs (I had not) and handed me a form to verify with a completely different patient's name and signature. I spoke with Dr. Nelson and asked again about getting an ultrasound and mammogram. After some frankly unnecessary resistance, she gave in and order the ultrasound but referred me to a dermatologist (?) instead of ordering a mammogram. I had the ultrasound and - like I had suspected - the results came back abnormal. I still haven't been able to see the dermatologist because they didn't receive the referral despite me messaging Mednow over a week ago. I am very upset and annoyed!

It was really disheartened to find that the type of care was not only lacking in the "care" aspect they didn't have the knowledge to help me at all! My experience personally wasn't great. In my experience their knowledge of where to out source care if needed, was not only obsolete they had me waiting months for a procedure at a facility that doesn't even do the needed procedure. Their lack of attention to detail is alarming. I had to reach out and ask for results rather then them contacting me for lab work before I was sent to the wrong facility. All the while they're getting paid! The staffs friendly so I guess that's a plus!
