Now, I didn't come to Patel's because it was planned, more like I fell into that marketing strategy they have having an eyebrow threading place in the entrance/exit location of the Downtown Summerlin Mall. I was walking to my car and saw the signage and thought "What the hell, I will give them a try". I walked in and there wasn't a soul in sight. Shortly after, an older woman came from the back and quietly asked what service I was looking for. She wasn't rude but she definitely wasn't conversational. My eyebrows turned out as expected which is the most important however the service lacked and just overall the entire vibe of the whole thing. I almost told her nevermind just by how the vibe felt but I figured she was an OG veteran at this stuff and would do it the correct way.. I was right! Now will I be back is the real question.. I spent $$$$ here, including $200 for my last touch-up recently and my brows are still patchy…read more When I pointed this out with a photo, instead of fixing the issue, the artist denied it was patchy, blamed my "healing," and refused to schedule a final touch-up. She also did the same thing to my Mom. We both paid for services and were told afterward that it was our fault the pigment didn't hold, rather than being offered a touch up to fix the patchiness. She tries to present it as if she went "above and beyond because she communicates in a very sweet way, but the truth is I paid top dollar and was left with unfinished results. In the end, she told me she wouldn't work with me anymore and pushed me to find another artist. If you're considering this place, know that once you pay, there is little accountability if your results aren't what you expect. For a permanent service on your face, that's unacceptable.

I had eyebrow threading and tint done. Naturally, I have thin and light eyebrows...I felt by the time she was done they were the opposite! Improved! She did not over pluck and managed to define a better shape. She used a black tint on my brows. When she was done the color came out looking natural. I recommend this place and plan to return for both threading and tint! I may even try the henna tattoos, as she does them there as well!
