I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was a perfect venue for preparing and relaxing before the big event. The space is beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped with an assortment of essentials (including things that you wouldn't normally find at a makeup studio, like extra phone chargers and anti-static spray). Brett was fun, friendly, and low-key; exactly what you need to be to handle several consecutive hours with a bridal party (no matter how chill we thought we were). The only reason I'm not ready to give this five stars is that we all noticed a significant quality difference between Brett's hair and makeup work and that of her colleague. The second girl was friendly and gave it her best shot, but clearly not as experienced or confident as Brett was. I was in the non-Brett group, and all of us did a fair bit of adjusting in the bathroom after she finished with us. Certainly not a big deal (and we were still pretty happy overall), but the contrast with Brett was noticeable and mildly disappointing.

When I arrived, I was a little confused when pushing the button to "call" them to let them know I was there, it was LOUD. They sounded a little confused when they answered but were super friendly moving forward and confirmed I was at the right place / right time. The staff member I worked with offered a water and/or coffee was kind. We spent the time going through ideas based on what my colors were, theme was, wants were, and more. I let the person know I was not very good with putting things/colors/items together and she did absolutely fantastic supporting and helping me curate my dream tables and centerpieces. I appreciated them letting me know prices and not pushing anything on me, they listened to me with what I liked and did not. I felt listened to, valued, and supported. The prices were more more than if you bought in bulk yourself but they are better quality, come clean and pressed, and you are able to put in a bag when done and drop off. Jenny and Mary met with my Dad and I in their studio this past Saturday and we so accomodating, sweet, and had excellent recommendations.
