I went for sunday brunch in January 2011. The web side said 9,50EUR incl. coffee, tea and soft drinks. The price list in the restaurant window said 9,80EUR incl. The difference I thought related to an increase to the new year. The meal was acceptable. We were offered a glass of Prosecco too. Showing our surprise (bc not in the basic offer), we were told is in the price too. When it came down to payment, we learned that the price and offer changed to 8,90EUR incl. a glass of Prosecco; but no free coffee/tea or free soft drinks. On my request i was shown a blackboard within the restaurant, where this was stated. On our arrival the waiter was standing in front of this (!!!), so we did not see. This business behaviour is not acceptable for me, working with 3 different prices, but to keep the most "expensive one" when it comes down to payment very "quiet". People maybe would not have had a 2nd coffee/tea or softdrink if they new. At least people should have known beforehand what to expect as costs.
By the way, the web page still shows 9,50EUR......incl. coffee/tea/soft drinks! read more
