It would be nice to see some updates there tough. That dreaded german 'Beilagensalat' they serve with every meal should have been replaced long ago with something more modern. You can do the 'classics' without that sort of stuff that was only added half a century ago. It's not like Beethoven liked himself some vinnegar and oil cucumbers over some watery lettuce drowned in white dressing.
