My experience was that I walked in, and noticed he was serving someone else. So I sat down. While the other person was still in the store he walked up to me and asked me how can he help. I showed him my phone. He says it needs rrepair. But he was rude because he did this when the other customer was still there. When I pointed this out to himn he threw me out. I alerted the male staff member about it. Then the older male owner (nearing retirement), yelled at me to "Hurry up" as I was showing him the problem. I took a look at the printing area in the back and it looks like a disaster, not at all organized. They want you to send them a file to look at, so they don't have to deal with their customers. Rui was an excellent person to work with as he knew exactly what the issue is, and he has various ways to stress test to ensure any issues are fixed after. The first time he fixed it the issue came back about 3 weeks later, so he fixed it the second time free of charge. He was very knowledgeable about computers, and for issues that he's not familiar with (such as the second time when the shorting issue popped up), he knows where to find information to fix it. Definitely recommend here if you live in the area and need your computer fixed.
