I mainly come to Ollie's for comics. I was surprised to see that they had so few. I later went to a new location in Orlando and found the same situation. I guess that's normal for a brand new Ollie's. I still managed to make a few good finds, and the rest of the store was like any other Ollie's. Worth coming to every once in a while to see what closeouts they have. I expect the comics will be more full after a few shipments.

Miranda was just wonderful to work with, we picked out most of the entire house except for a few items. The key was to see if they would hold our furniture until the house was done. She said no problem which is just what we wanted to hear. When we were ready we made a call and asked them to just bring our bedroom set, the washer and dryer for now and they did within a few days. When we were ready for the balance of things they said that they would devote the entire morning to us so that they could get everything set up in each room. Brian and Adam were the two guys that actually brought the furniture and they were just so great to work with. They were polite and understanding. They got things accomplished in minimal time and even paid attention to our St Bernard/Boxer mix dog, he loved that. Horrible customer service. They sent me a defective item and I wanted to return it. Traci took my…read morenumber and said she lost it, but ironically all my detailed information was in their computer. They never gave me a store credit or my money back and I had to mail back the damaged item ,over $35 out of pocket. Only after telling them I spoke to a lawyer and told him Iron Place took my money and also kept their item once I returned it to them and was going to give my nothing in return, this was Fraud!! It just so happens a few days later they credited my credit card for their damaged item and didn't even tell me until I looked at my credit card statement. Buyer Beware, Traci and her staff hung up the phone on me when I inquired about my credit. Traci is not the nice smiling person you see when you want your money back on an item they send damaged. Don't Be Fooled!!

I was extremely patient at first, but when I started to get a bit more assertive, Chris Wofford became extremely condescending and starting calling me things like "Honey" -- which I absolutely don't allow, and I told him as much. After I told him that he was absolutely not to address me in such a way again, there was no communicating with him. It would have been easier trying to communicate with a toddler throwing a temper tantrum at the grocery store. He ended the conversation by threatening me and saying that he wouldn't even honor my gift card unless I stopped being "so rude to him." TRANSLATION: "If you don't let me demean you and treat you however the hell I want, then I'm going to keep your money without providing any goods in exchange -- and there's nothing you can do about it." It's clear that this crook never actually intended on honoring my gift card or (at the very least) providing me with a refund. It's no surprise that his store on Wilma Rudolph failed miserably. Chris definitely isn't cut out to own a business. I'm sure this location will fail as well.

Knowledgeable staff that are willing to help you with landscaping ideas. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The plants are healthy and thriving unlike other places that sell plants that die soon after planting.

They are like family, and do such a great job tastefully matting and framing our handmade artwork and concert posters. I'm taking one start off because they're closed on Sundays and because they are very pushy with the Christian / country theme. After about a year and half, the material began to look different; by the end of 2 years the sectional began to deface, hence, not real leather. To no avail, I still felt the store would stand behind it's product. Guess what, they have no warranty, it is sole put on to the manufacturer so whatever their warranty says is all you get. I will NEVER step foot in this store again. Their customer service is beyond lacking, they tell half truths to make a sale. It is unacceptable and the quality of their furniture is the same.
