When I got them I thought the colours seemed really, really washed out, and black sections of the photo weren't black, they were a dark gray. I wrote it off thinking it was the image itself and I'd have to do some colour correction, but when I reviewed the photos they looked fine, and when I had the same prints done elsewhere, the colours were rich and the dark areas were perfect. I don't know if they're just using sub-par printers, they were running out of ink, or if they were printing at a low saturation to save ink/ money, but I would not pay for prints from here again.

The folks at Mac East (Kathleen and Barry) were friendly and professional in how they explained the many steps needed to try to revive a wet MacBook. They under-promised and - WOW - did they OVER-deliver! I a week they called to say they had been successful. The Mac was working and the data saved AND backed-up. Honestly, I would have paid them $1000. They charged me $85. $85! Mac East turned my worst computer experience into my best. TEN STARS!
