This work required a significant amount of painstaking detail work, which required skilled, meticulous painters. In all areas, the work far exceeded my expectations. I have worked extensively with contractors in Southeast Ohio over the past 10 years, and have generally had terrible experiences. They are largely unprofessional, they don't finish the job on time (or they don't finish it at all), they aren't conscientious, they don't communicate with you, they often try to overcharge and in general they have left me with a bad impression of contractors. Mike and Camilla Butcher showed me that there are still contactors out there who are professional, honest, conscientious and truly care about getting the job done right. Mike promptly offered a reasonably-priced bid, had a crew out within days, checked in with me everyday to make sure I was OK with the work that was being done, and promptly resolved any issues that I identified. His foreman, John, and his crew were courteous, hard working and highly skilled. They showed up on time and got the job done right the first time. As a former business owner and a current business professor, I have a pretty good grasp of what professionalism looks like, and J&M epitomizes it. Then he cursed me and threatened me with a lawsuit when I complained and asked for my money back. ALL of the work that was done has to be redone. I am out all of the money I spent and have to spend more to get the job done. The est was 10k I spent 5k and I got nothing for it. I DO NOT recommend for any kind of remodeling.

He took our money, did horrible work and didn't finish what he was supposed to. Whatever you do don't hire this individual for anything!
