When she did finally make contact months later, she offered a partial refund due to the severe delays, however, I still have yet to see said refund, nor has she assisted me in my legal needs. If you value your time, energy, and money, I would not recommend this lawyer.

Jennifer Knox failed to win my Whistleblower case because she refused to provide evidence…read moredocumentation and witnesses on trial day. During the months long pre-trial process, Knox collected information from me to "create" a binder and "contact" witnesses for trial day that included evidence and information pertinent to the case. On trial day, Knox said the binder didn't exist and no witnesses had been subpoenaed. Per Knox, the judge did not need it. Having concerns, I even brought evidence to the trial and she still refused to use it. The loss of the case was due to a lack of evidence and witnesses. Her failure of follow-through, accountability, and professionalism lost me this case. Also, before representation, she requires a contract that eliminates your ability to follow up on anything she is doing. I warn any individual wanting to use her as council. I would give zero stars if Yelp allowed.

He doesn't over schedule himself, to ensure he can put 100% of his time and effort into his cases. This makes all the difference! The extremely detailed effort he put into his prepping uncovered a fact buried deep in my case that had gone overlooked by all others, including myself. That information changed the outcome of the case and payout. He was extremely patient with me, and made the entire experience pleasant, even though it had been excruciating up until the day I handed him my case...2 years into it! He had it all wrapped up in under 3 months, my requested time frame. He was flexible, and even offered to change something that would benefit him less financially. Other Attorneys would have pressured me to quickly settle for half the amount, instead of fighting just the right amount of rounds. Others gave me a heads up that I'd be lucky to get much less. Mike took a different approach; work harder for the maximum payout (vs. doing the minimum for a fast & east paycheck). I've learned this over the last 4 years with having 5 cases & multiple lawyers. None of my other lawyers worked out.
