Dr Erica is great with kids! She worked on my baby for an ear infection. She also has helped my toddler. My toddler is on the cautious side and usually is very uncomfortable around strangers. He's been to other chiropractors where he won't let them touch him. But Dr Erica did amazing with my toddler and was able to give him an adjustment! Dr Scott is amazing as well. I've been to a number of chiropractors in my life. He's definitely one of the best! I had pulled a muscle/hurt my upper back. They got me in today to help ease the pain. Was very pleased with my initial appointment with Dr. Scott Heppe. He listened very carefully and took notes, confirming that he was understanding what I was saying. I felt comfortable and like he was being honest about if he could help or not. Never did I feel like he was just checking boxes mentally and then going on auto-pilot. Something he did reminded me of how helped I've been by active release therapy in the past, which I'd forgotten, and then on here I see he is certified with that. ART is the best thing that I've happened upon. If you have a nagging, chronic pain, try it. My entire family has been going to Eric since we moved to Fredericksburg about two years ago. We are big believers in chiropratic and find Eric to be among the best. He takes his time to determine exactly what is causing my issues and works diligent to solve them. Unlike some others who try to sell you a package of many visits ($$$) Eric does his professional best to resolve issues in just one or two visits. And I personal really like the online appointment system. Better than any other in town! Eric get extra points for his work with my mom who has advanced Alzheimer's. As you can imagine this is very challenging as she really can't explain what is hurting where. He is very, very patient and tries hard to find and address her needs but within the unusual and ever changing comfort zone of someone with this terrible disease. As a final note, I will say that Eric was the first medical professional I felt comfortable going to see as we phased back to being able to see doctors, as I knew his place would be safe. And I was not disappointed. He clearly cleans between each appointment, wears a mask, asks the patient to wear and mask, and has eliminated all but the most necessary touch points. Erica is amazing! I was pretty skeptical about coming to a Chiro after I heard many complaints about people and feeling worse after being treated by one. I guess they must of went to a poorly educated Chiro as I can't say that about my experiences or my wife's. I researched and started coming right after a bad car accident and I can't be any happier. My issues were pretty complicated but she broke it all down for me, and helped explain to me things I can do in my free time to speed up my recovery. I've been going 2x per week and WOW. I feel so much better, I recommend her to anyone needing some help. Her prices are also budget friendly, and accepts most insurances :). Is Ibuprofen giving you the middle finger when you ask it to relieve your pain. Does stretching, despite how bendy you are, fail to get the job done. Do you have headaches that acetaminophen just can't mitigate? Do you go to sleep and wake up in the morning? If you answered yes to any of those questions, Heppe Chiropractic has a solution for you - except the sleeping part, you should probably let that slide. Dr. Scott, 1/2 of the Heppe duo, is a miracle worker. Or perhaps he's just really great at understanding the human body and how imbalance in one part can affect another area of your frame. My best example is yesterday I rolled in with a profound headache which was definitely caused by tension in my upper back and neck area. About 15 minutes later, probably sooner because I didn't actually mark the moment the headache vanished, no more pain in the grape. Additionally, my original appointment was today, but I emailed him to ask for an earlier appointment if he ended up with a cancellation or opening. Dr. Scott called me, offered two time slots. Win! One less unnecessary day of pain. Dr. Scott is what I would call a normal guy with an amazing skill at manipulating the body. If balance in your health and wellness is important, and you've never been to a chiropractor for pain relief, this is the place to go. He won't try to up-sell you additional appointments, but he will gauge how many treatments will be of benefit, and suggest as much. How do I know? Basically, I had to beg him to come by every 4 weeks instead of a 6-week interval. Okay, this is getting a touch long. I had a friend recommend Dr(s). Heppe, and they were absolutely right. They are excellent at what they do and child friendly (as I used to have two children in tow). Dr. Scott Heppe is always patient with me when I describe what's wrong- I'm probably giving too much information! He relaxes the muscles first then does an adjustment, this is so helpful for longer lasting results if you ask me. I have had some chronic things and also just had a child and he has been so helpful with getting me back to normal or at least more comfortable than when I came in. I even had a rib that kept piping out and with a couple visits my rib stayed in place and it's been almost a year with no rib pop outs! I highly recommend Dr Scott Heppe! His wife also does chiropractic work but I have not had the chance to see her only spoken to her a couple times. Oh my goodness where to start..I've been dealing with back pain for a little over 20 years Been to many drs, physical therapist...out of work for months on end..Never received an actual prognosis or pain relief...just wanting to always push pain meds!!!
