If you are in a clothing size larger than a 1x (I wear 2-3x) I ****highly **** recommend wearing something that you can easily slip in and out of, as I had to get re-dressed to enjoy my tea and foot soak, and then get undressed again for my massage. Needless to say, I felt like I was getting a workout in - lol. The tea was provided in a beautiful way and I had many options. The massage was great and I was able to relax and finally think about nothing for once. However, I did not experience any "dry brushing" - only hot stones and my therapist's hands. As far as a the facial massage goes, really only my forehead and temples were rubbed. I'm not sure what part of the face is included, but I assumed my entire face. I would also say that the receptionist downstairs and the receptionist upstairs weren't very warm. The one upstairs seemed annoyed by me even though I didn't raise any complaints with my service. They both weren't very friendly. I was given the remainder of my aromatherapy and a bottle of water when leaving - which I thought was a nice touch. I wouldn't mind going back but I'm not sure if I'm in a rush to.

So relaxing! One thing I noticed is how accessible this place was. The door could be a bit tricky, but navigating the spa (with a little help opening the doors to access the hallways) and the bathrooms are pretty handicap accessible; I'd feel comfortable bringing my family member who has trouble walking and getting around here. My one piece of advice is to include a reserved parking spot outside the front door for folks that have a handicap parking permit. No other notes! It was a very relaxing experience and I'd 100% come back.

It is in an absolutely gorgeous old home converted to a business. Hardwood floors, beautiful details....and A LOT of stairs! There is no way to get in without stairs :( they do have back stairs, which are easier-ish to navigate, but still not amazing. The massage rooms are in the basement. at least UP the stairs is after they've worked out the kinks. lol I have had a lot of injuries and often use a cane, so i always have to weigh how much help i need versus how many stairs i can manage. But once i'm there, i am NEVER disappointed! Been going there off and on for many years. Beth, Dan, Kevin...i've lost track! All of them phenomenal. I always feel better after seeing them. I usually get medical massage due to my injuries and they don't disappoint. The only thing i don't like is something they can't change - the building. And I really do love the building.
