After I decided to hire him and made the initial payment, things took a turn for the worse. Once he received the payment, Phillip stopped responding to my calls and texts. He claimed to be working on the signage but never provided any proof. I'm sharing this message to raise awareness and help others avoid falling into the same situation. If you come across Phillip Goober Jr or Atlanta Sign Co (Just Better Designz, LLC), I strongly advise caution and thorough due diligence before engaging in any business transactions with them. They will charge you $3 if you use the computer and/or internet for 1-30 min and $5 for an hour usage. $1 per page to fax and they're only open till 7pm on Saturdays and Sundays. They also make copies. For me, the $3 charge (for 1-30 min of computer use) is somewhat unreasonable because I only go to this place to print or fax and it literally only takes me a minute to print or fax my material coming from my USB or email. Then I'd have to pay for the printing or fax too. Kind of a rip off but hey, they place into my convenience factor when the library in closed and plus I live nearby. Overall, I only go here once in a blue moon because I have to at times. If I had a printer, fax machine and continuous internet connection, I'd probably never come here again.
