They made my kitchen sinks and bathtubs sparkle like they were new. Overall, the cleaning was good! I found a few spots around the bathroom faucets that still had some of the white mineral build up from the Florida water, but I'm not even sure how to get that off myself. I hired this company based on the quoted price, only to be presented with additional charges after the work had already begun. As a host, reliable pricing and dependable cleaning are essential, and unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. The cleaning team left multiple issues unaddressed, including: * Dirty sheets left on beds * Yellow stains remaining in toilets * Appliances left with visible streaks and smudges * Dishes left in the dishwasher * Towels left unfinished in the washer I was then told I needed to pay an additional $45 for approximately 30 more minutes of work, bringing the total to $225, or the cleaners would leave before completing the job. After paying the additional fee, I later discovered that towels had simply been taken from the floor, folded, and placed back into circulation rather than being properly washed. For a short-term rental, cleanliness is not a minor detail--it directly impacts guest satisfaction, reviews, and overall ratings. Every detail matters. What troubles me most is that the number and nature of these issues make it difficult to understand how they could have been overlooked by experienced cleaners. Whether this was due to inadequate training, poor supervision, low morale, or a lack of accountability, the result was the same: my property was left in a condition that could have negatively affected my guest reviews and hosting reputation. Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it.
