I spoke to her prior to arriving and told her it was an old house being used as an office building and was quoted $165. She asked if it similar to a 3/2 and I affirmed it was. They did the work well and I am satisfied with that but I was unhappy that she charged me $200 because it was an office and didn't bother to call when she decided to change the price. They've been here frequently, but this time went above and beyond - they were breaking in Robert and Amie, too, so we had a full house. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this service. As part of my package I was expecting the services explained to me to be completed such as dusting, mirrors cleaned, beds made and floors vacuumed/mopped. First week, the cleaning team raced through, they didn't mop the floors only swept, they didn't clean any mirrors, tables, TVs or sliding glass doors. I called to complain and manager agreed to send another team out to go over what was missed, so I agreed to allow them to make it right. When this team came out they were unprofessional and rude. They didn't adhere to the 3 hour window of arrival time and they showed up at a bad time for me, not to mention 2 hours late. They did however complete the job. Now we are on week 2, and same exact issues. The basic package I am paying for is to include basic mopping of all rooms and dusting, cleaning mirrors, sliding doors and making beds. NONE of which was completed. The team swept some of the floors in high traffic areas, wiped down the bathroom & kitchen, fixed pillows on my couch, took out trash and left. So when I asked this very young team why I am not getting the services I paid for, they told me they are only allowed a specified amount of time and are told to leave even if the job isn't complete. I was expecting to get these very basic services complete as that is what I was paying for and that is what I was quoted in my package. I was never informed that the teams are timed and would stop if the job was incomplete and there is no reason those very basic services could not be completed in the time allotted with 2 people. Today the manager was rude when I called & persistent that the only resolution again is for me to take pictures and allow yet another team to come complete the job. I refused to allow this as this is not the resolution week after week I am looking for. When I mentioned a Yelp review she refused to make it right at all & advised me perfectly clear my Yelp review would be rebutted stating my "expectations are unrealistic." However, my expectations were very basic, I only expect services as quoted and especially what I agreed to pay for, and therefore I feel very reasonable. read more

I asked for their 'deep cleaning' service. Nothing deep about it. I was quoted a fair price for three hours. The two cleaners arrived on time. They did a light clean and left after only an hour. I thought maybe they'd prorate the fee since they were here for such a short time and weren't effective. But no, you get the surprise news after the service that there is a minimum fee. Of course, if I had known that in advance I would have insisted that they stay longer. I cleaned myself afterwards and made all the tile shine. A waste of time. read more

I booked Two Maids & A Mop on a friend's recommendation and I can tell you they are no good. I am super disappointed. I came home and my dishwasher was full of all of the dishes but they were still dirty. Apparently they couldn't run the dishwasher. I pulled some of the spoons and they were still dirty. Apparently they just rinsed them and put inside the dishwasher. I got to the bathroom and the shower was still wet and definitely not clean. The floor was not mopped and the apartment didn't even smell like it was cleaned. I paid for a deep clean ($175!!!!!!) and they didn't even clean the oven door! I would suggest NOT to book them and try someone else. read more

I recently purchased a home that was in pretty bad shape, Two Maids & A Mop completely transformed it! My call to schedule the clean was answered on my first try and the man I spoke with was professional and courteous. I scheduled the full house move in/move out clean for a few days later. Two cleaners arrived right on time armed with all the supplies they'd need. The ladies were friendly and hard working. It took nearly 4 hours to scrub my 1400sqft home but they didn't complain at all and even laughed with me at some weird grime left by the previous owners. I was charged exactly as quoted, about $300ish (I forget exactly). I would absolutely recommend Two Maids & a Mop to everyone looking for a thorough house clean and plan to use them again myself about once a year for annual deep cleaning help. read more

Booked their deep cleaning service. They arrived and did extremely little cleaning--toilets not done, squirted blue liquid in tub but didn't wipe it up at all, counters not wiped, and did not sweep much less mop as stated in the package we purchased. I swept up a huge pile of dirt within 3 min to show that little had been done in one of the rooms. They agreed to send cleaners again and some issues were corrected (toilet cleaned, blue stuff gone), but still really poor job. They even left the pile I swept up in the middle of the floor of one of the rooms they were supposed to clean so safe to say they never even went in there. read more

We've been using Two Maids and a Mop since April. It all started when my teenage son tried to negotiate a higher rate to clean the house and challenged me to find someone who could do the job for the same amount. Not only did I find someone who could do it at that rate but of course they did it better AND they are reliable (unlike my son who does it when he feels like it!). My son, who lost his job to Two Maids and a Mop rated the service 10/10. He too was very impressed with the cleanliness of his room and appreciated coming home to a bedroom without crumbs! There have been several teams out since then but none as good as Betty and Sherrie who were just out again today. Melody, the owner, is great. Have you ever thought that your house could be cleaner if you had hours and hours to clean it? Having been unable to do this due to physical limitations I needed to cleaning service. I had spoken with several and they all said that when they were done they would spray a lovely scent to let me know my house is clean. Spraying something does not equal clean actually cleaning equals clean. When the owner of the company brings her staff to clean your house and you watch how they clean you know technically your floor is clean enough to eat off of not that I plan on doing that. The bathrooms were spotless the kitchen with a glass top stove that I can't seem to clean right looked amazing and asking me if there was anything else they could do was something I have not experienced before . It almost means I don't have to clean before the cleaning service comes I still don't understand why people do that and I'm guilty of it. The attention to detail was very poor. Areas were completely missed like the master bedroom windows, the floors were poorly cleaned, and the bathtub had streaks. When I provided feedback I was told the cleaners would have been sent back (like that would have been comfortable). Our tenants were moving in the next day so I had to do it. So the response was "we don't get it right 100% of the time", but they got 100% of my money. read more
