Either way, it turned out to be a relaxing spa experience I'd book again. The ambience is serene just walking in. Bella had me sipping on a cup of chamomile tea as she waved her wand through my hair, telling me about my scalp's condition. My scalp treatment followed and she talked me through each step as she went along, which I really appreciated. She has such a soothing voice and is generally a lovely person. Booking took a little effort since I came through Groupon, but once I texted Yvonne (phone number on the website) and she called me back right away, we were able to book a date. We didn't start my appointment until 3:00 p.m. Before we started, I asked if she would be able to complete my full set by 4:20 because I had another appointment right after. She confirmed that she could. However, after starting, she later told me she wasn't sure if she would finish and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Since I had already waited and needed my lashes done that day, I said I couldn't reschedule. During the consultation, when we were discussing curls and lengths, she told me to hurry up, which felt rude considering I had been the one waiting. I also showed her a reference photo from her own website, but the final result did not look like the picture, so I felt the photos were not an accurate representation. Overall, the experience felt rushed and unprofessional, and I was disappointed with both the service and the final result. I was a loyal client for over a year with her former lash techs who are no longer there and I'm surely not coming back after this experience.
