I asked Sophie for a natural look, but the result was the opposite. The lashes were heavy, overly…read morecurled, poorly placed, and uncomfortable. They actually hurt, and a week later they still don't look right. One eye has shed almost completely while the other is still full, so they're uneven and look worse over time. After two days of trying to reach someone, I finally spoke with the owner, Yvonne, who offered to remove them. I clearly said I did not want Sophie to touch my lashes again. When I arrived, Sophie was the one assigned to remove them anyway. I declined and left. What made this even more uncomfortable was being pressured to leave a review before I even left my original appointment. Sophie handed me a QR code and insisted I write it on the spot, standing over me while I did it. It didn't feel optional, and it wasn't an honest review. Based on my experience, I would not trust the reviews here or return.

Bella had me sipping on a cup of chamomile tea as she waved her wand through my hair, telling me about my scalp's condition. My scalp treatment followed and she talked me through each step as she went along, which I really appreciated. She has such a soothing voice and is generally a lovely person. Booking took a little effort since I came through Groupon, but once I texted Yvonne (phone number on the website) and she called me back right away, we were able to book a date. She fixed all my little hang nails and cleaned everything up, didn't file my nail bed, and my first manicure stayed on for a month, easy. I removed it because I was getting tired of the color but it didn't peel or lift at all. The appointments are long but it's because Tina takes VERY good care of your nails. Yes, the price is also higher but for the time and expertise you're getting... decades of experience and superb attention to detail.

Yesterday I had a lash lift with a tech that over curled (by using a much too small rod - this fact…read morewas confirmed to me) and over processed my lashes. I thought it looked off, but assumed it was just a bad tint. When I got to the car I realized my eyelashes were completely curled in a circle back into themselves. I reached out and Su was kind enough to get me in to fix them a couple hours later. I came in crying and worried my lashes were going to fall out, I was assured it was an easy fix and my lashes would not fall out so we proceeded. In the studio, the fix looked fine, certainly better than before. I was refunded. I think if I had the lash lift with Su originally I would've been pleased with the results and the experience as the studio space is nice. Unfortunately, 2 hours after the fix the lashes started to retain the shape of the first lift again. I reached out again asking what I could do as they had gone back. The text I received back restated what had happened, but did not offer advice. I tried to clarify with a longer description of what was happening and said I was asking for advice. I did not hear from her again. This morning I woke up to my lashes falling out in clumps and the lashes that are left have all broken in half. I'm devastated. I have been getting lash lifts for years and have never had anything like this happen. It is going to take a very long time for my lashes to grow back. I was assured nothing bad would happen in the correction and it was an easy fix. Again, I was refunded, but it's not about the money. My lashes are ruined.
