I had originally ordered three funeral arrangements from another company that claimed to be local to Casper but wasn't local (Flowers by Nora). On the morning of the visitation, they sent a form email saying they couldn't fulfill the order and had canceled it--no phone call, no text, just a cancellation. My own fault for not doing any research, but I wasn't thinking clearly after an unexpected death in the family. I called Nate's in a panic, and the gentleman who answered was calm, kind, and reassuring. He even apologized for how the other business had treated me. He explained that because it was Monday his flower stock was a bit low, but I told him I wasn't picky--I just needed three nice arrangements for the visitation, or at worst the funeral the next day. Despite the short notice, he delivered three beautiful arrangements in time for the visitation, just a few hours after my call. I am incredibly grateful for Nate's service, professionalism, and quality. I highly recommend them.

Rob was wonderful helping me pick out a menu to fit what I had in mind and to fit my budget. He communicated with me proactively throughout the entire process - even sending me photos as the food was being prepared. Rob delivered the food to my friend's family himself and let me know once it had been delivered. I live in Denver and was completely unfamiliar with the catering services available in Casper. I'm so grateful I found Caputa's Catering. Rob really took care of everything from start to finish on relatively short notice, and my friend said the food was fantastic.
