Nate's Flowers & Gifts is a reliable, trustworthy local Casper business, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I had originally ordered three funeral arrangements from another company that claimed to be local to Casper but wasn't local (Flowers by Nora). On the morning of the visitation, they sent a form email saying they couldn't fulfill the order and had canceled it--no phone call, no text, just a cancellation. My own fault for not doing any research, but I wasn't thinking clearly after an unexpected death in the family. I called Nate's in a panic, and the gentleman who answered was calm, kind, and reassuring. He even apologized for how the other business had treated me. He explained that because it was Monday his flower stock was a bit low, but I told him I wasn't picky--I just needed three nice arrangements for the visitation, or at worst the funeral the next day. Despite the short notice, he delivered three beautiful arrangements in time for the visitation, just a few hours after my call. I am incredibly grateful for Nate's service, professionalism, and quality. I highly recommend them. read more

I ordered flowers from Nate's, they deposited my money . The day the flowers were to be delivered, they called and told me that don't deliver to her address.Their delivery person didn't deliver there. I live in New England but I have been to Casper and she isn't that far out from Main street. If they didn't deliver to the entire town their business is in they should have some way to check addresses on the website so customers don't order flowers that won't be delivered. I want my money back and hope they follow through with that as of right now it's not in my account. read more

Last week while in Laramie, I had the misfortune of a slip and fall in a hotel parking lot. I ended up breaking my elbow and came back home the next day to Casper. All along my journey, I kept my inlaws informed of my status, surgery, etc. Saturday morning, I received a knock at my door. A delivery man was standing there with a huge bouquet of flowers wrapped in plastic due to the cold weather. When he departed, I took the plastic off my gift to reveal one of the most beautiful display of spring flowers I think I have ever seen. The smell was incredibly fresh and surrounding. Immediately, my day was made by this surprise but welcome treat. My inlaws had sent the "feel better" flowers from Georgia. It's been 3 days since I received the bouquet--still beautiful and I just watered them. This was my first encounter with Nate's. They are an incredible arrangement and still bring me smiles every time I look at them. I'll definitely use Nate's in the future when it's my turn for flower delivery.
