Ether is such a nice group of people, they will make sure that you have the proper battery for the vape cart that you purchase so that you don't accidentally end up with a product you can't use because you didn't read properly, and more than likely will blame anyone else but yourself for.That is the smartest proactive approach to thwart off all of you 1 star cry babies out there i've seen by a dispensary. I have a very particular brand and type of gummie I use on occasion to specifically shut my brain off and put me to sleep fast. I found it aesthetically pleasing how brightly lit it was, as well as being clean and organized. The gentleman that helped me was really knowledgeable and helped me a lot! Although this store carried the gummy (pillow talk), and other products of the brand (aryloom), they were out of stock of the pillow talk at the moment and this is where he really took his time to get to know me as a client and what I was looking for, and showing me many different options. In addition, he introduced me to tinctures, which were not something I had heard of regarding these products. Again, he spent his time describing each one, how they work, and what would work best for me, etc. I also appreciated that he was up front about prices. No secrets here. Just honest representation. He also allowed me to feel comfortable asking questions. Sometimes I have felt out of place at the other business I went to. I've bought pillow talk on the other stores website to pick up in person that had dishonest price- to-product (paid for one amount, got half the amount). I have felt "out of place" or not as important because I'm not a smoker. I did not feel this way AT ALL at Ether. They carried so many products for non-smokers. And to treat specific ailments. I felt the man who helped me understood me as a customer and I will be giving them my business going forward. Also, there was another woman working who greeted me on the way out as well ... again, wonderful customer service. There is also a rewards program, and I signed up for this using my phone number, but I don't have any further information regarding its benefits.

I also appreciate that we can buy a lot of our favorite brands here because they have such a large selection. The parking can be hectic at busy times but I've never had to wait to cash out.
