I think that Upstate Exotics is great dispensary. They carry products I like and they have helpful staff to recommend options similar to what I enjoy the most. I like the single serving gummy packs they offer if I need to stop in for a small treat after a tough day. Also you can count on the products to have lab testing for dosages which you don't often get from dispensaries located on the nearby Native reservation. read more

first thing is that tiffany, the other reviewer, works there! she is a liar! the guy at the front was ok, but tiffany and the other girl were not. they are both "stuck up" and extremely rude! they try to sell you the most expensive flower and concentrates that they have first thing! when you inform them that you cannot afford it, their whole demeanor changes! went from nice and pleasant to downright rude! they are overpriced, concentrates by almost double. two semi ok deals on an 1/8, but the rest is an absolute rip off!!! go to canada to get the real deals, or another state! new york is a rip off and they have no clue how to treat customers! never, never, never again! read more

They didn't have any reviews yet and were not rated. I must say this was such a pleasant experience the gentleman behind the counter let me try all the juices and gave me the history of the company which I thought was absolutely amazing. They use all natural products and have a deal when you buy 3 30 mil. Bottles it's only 30 dollars. This was also near Easter time and they had a thing where you picked an Easter egg opened it up and I happened to get a free bottle of eJuice. I will definitely be back to them when I move to the East Coast.

Upon arriving at the store the store employee who was very nice was talking with me and I told him about how I received a discount from the online store which was great! The employee went on to tell me that if my puffco item is discounted it will void my warranty. He even went on to tell me how he's encountered customers in the past who have had this issue. Naturally I decided to purchase in store so I could keep the warranty. (If you were told your $400 product wasn't warrantied wouldn't you?) I come to find out that I was misled by the employee and I could have kept my online order (with the 25% discount) and still maintained the warranty through puffco. I reached out via the website hoping someone could help me and unfortunately I was met with short answers and a total disregard for customer service. Considering I was given incorrect information from a store employee which ended up costing me 100+ dollars I was anticipating them to recognize the mistake and hopefully attempt to right the wrong. Instead I was told "we can't do anything about it no more" and they promptly ended the discussion. Highly disappointed as I thought the shop and store employee were great and had a nice selection, but I will not give my business to a company who disregards its paying customers so flippantly.

I know I can always find a quality gift item for my garden-loving friends, a unique perennial for that odd spot in the yard, or a funky planter to make the perfect table setting. My most recent garden problem was finding a nicely shredded mulch that didn't leave behind big chunks at the end of each growing season. Lavocat's to the rescue! They have a wonderful hardwood fine-shredded mulch that's just perfect. If you're like me, and have a smaller garden - bagged mulch is what we need - whole truck loads just don't work. The knowledgeable and very helpful staff at Lavocat's will load your vehicle and you'll be very pleased with the results in your garden.

These guys are literally the best. They explained all sorts of things to my wife and I and really took the time to give us proper walk downs of each of their products, lended advice, and were just all around friendly and super helpful. We've never had an experience at a dispensary that was this great, seriously. 11/10 service and even gave us recommendations for the area! Just wish we had a dispensary like this near us!
