We tried calling the store, but couldn't get through. Later, we were told returns must be made within 7 days, which is tough when you're coming from Long Island. I had to reach out to the company directly for support. Despite that hiccup, I'm still giving Puffin 4 stars. The customer service was great, the location is convenient, and the other products were solid. The space has been newly renovated and is pristine. It was a hot day, and the air conditioning was working nicely in the store so the space felt cool and inviting. It's not too bright and has soothing lighting. I like the relaxing vibe in there. Staff was completely friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were good and there was even a special going on. The interior had a really cool vibe, and the split-level layout was unlike any other dispensary I've visited.
