I bought a Geek Vape Mod And tank for $90. It stopped working within ONE month. They refused to exchange for a new one. They gave me a lousy 10-% off if I bought a new one. So I bought a new one for another $100 and it stopped working in 2 months which is today. Again they refused to exchange for a new one. Even though it is still under warranty and I have the receipt. So today I bought one for $60 a lesser model and I get home to put juice in it and use it but it says NO ATOMIZER! So it's not recognizing the tank. They never gave me a receipt for todays purchase and it doesn't work. I was told I could wait until Sunday when the boss is in - but if you Vape every day.... I can't wait until Sunday. I need it NOW!! I can't go without vaping for days on end. Terrible business. I've been to several vape shops in Brooklyn, some good, some not so good, so I have a decent foundation for what to expect from a vape shop. This place redefined my expectations. The layout is great. It's big and open and they have a ton of products. They let you sample different flavors of vapor juice, which is nice. I noticed that their prices were a bit lower than other shops I've been to. What makes this a five star shop is the customer service. The guy basically gives you vaping 101. I've been vaping for about six months and I learned a lot about product capabilities and limitations and general quality of vendors. I'm really glad I went to this place. It seems like it's not a big deal but they made a mistake and made it right. One of their staff sold me the wrong product. Without question, their manager switched the product with the correct product. This is what all businesses should do so why the 5 stars? Well, most vape shops are not like this. Stopped here for the first time about a week ago after I walked out of another vape shop on RT1. It was a nice surprise to walk into a well lit vape shop with friendly staff that makes one feel welcome. Unlike the other place. It was also nice to learn that juice and coils are less expensive here, about 20% less! We chose to just drive there ourselves but still, above and beyond anything they needed to do. Now here's the juicy part: I FORGOT MY PHONE ON THE COUNTER. Not to brag or toot my own horn but it's the NEWEST iPhone on the market (at current iPhone 7s plus) and without a second thought they took it behind the counter, kept it safe and even helped me get in touch to find where it was! I picked up various pieces with the help of the very knowledgeable staff and never felt price gauged or talked down to. They also have an extensive CBD selection..from gummies to body cream. Multiple ways to help what's bothering you. The staff is young yet knowledgeable. Friendly too. You can easily sit down for 2 hours and bs about what's going on in the industry and not feel pressured to buy or leave. The devices they stock are up to date and fully functional. Rude customer service. Doesn't seem to care much about making sales. Charges 25 cents to try flavor and keeps all eJuice's pre filled in tanks which have been sitting for months, therefore the coils are burned out so all you taste is a nasty smokey flavor. read more

I would give them no stars. I purchased a device from them and in only a week I had issues with it. When I went back one salesperson told me there was nothing wrong with it even after showing them the video I made of the problem. They said all sales are final no credit or exchanges.
