It appears they cater to a certain demographic but they offer what people want. If there is something you want not here, let them Know and they'll get it. The prices are good. The service is good. The inventory is plentiful. They perform hair services IN the store too! I met a stylist and a customer while shopping. The only critique I have is the parking lot needs work. The asphalt needs to be replaced. There are pot holes. The spaces are too small and the lines need painting again. The property manager or owner of this lot should do better because they're full of tenants so give the store owners what they need for their customers. I wish I knew how to reach them. Imagine my further surprise when my annual skin check was rushed and was done in about a minute and a half, and the other minute and a half was spent telling me how to and the importance of wearing sunscreen. Imagine my further surprise to learn that such a poorly done, passive, extremely rushed service would charge 279 dollars to my insurance provider. As surprising and disappointing as all of that was-- imagine my surprise when my HSA card was locked down because they charged me erroneously at the desk. So, upon calling to have the erroneous charge that PPSD should have never charged to begin with refunded to the HSA card, they informed me that they could only send refunds out by check in the mail and that it would take 60 days-- as in 2 months-- for them to do so. When asked why this would take 2 months for them to complete, I was told "Because we have a lot of refunds and we are backed up." Inexcusable, Terrible experience from the minute I walked in the door until several months after leaving it. Never again.

She have proven that there's instant results so I'm booked a monthly appt til I can get these breakouts under control.
