Also, it is a small store, so you absolutely can see when someone comes in. The cold shoulder led me to leave the store, and visit Kiki's Kottage (which is only a few doors down) where I was promptly and warmly greeted. Kiki's has beautiful pieces, and I purchased a gorgeous buffet there. I had a stellar customer service experience from start to finish at Kiki's.
