The first room you enter is the waiting room. Head up to the window and show your ID. I found the person very friendly and making small talk about my home state. They let my party in right away no problems. Sometimes you do have to wait if the Bud Room is busy. Just be patient. Once in the room I was greeted by a manufacturer rep for a product they were having a special on. But one get 2nd half off. From there worked with the Bud Tender and she was so bubbly and helpful. My friends were new and she was more than happy to suggest or give opinions. She helped me pick out some pre-rolls and guided me to the best products and best bang for the buck. In and out no problem and in a timely manner. They didn't rush us. Gave me some matches and stickers too. I also liked that they had all their product on display and pretty easy to see. They didn't fret about phones. You can use them and take photos...at least while I was there. This location also has a medical section with higher potency but you do need a medical card. Would definitely go back with such a selection and friendly staff. They did have some products I had not see in other stores. Get your ID, cash (cash only) and check them out.
