This place is great. Most of the people here actually know what they're talking about. They're all pretty friendly. It's really easy to get in and out of here with the product you need at a really nice value. They are a point system too. That's pretty cool so it's like you get 10 bucks off every once in a while. Mostly came here to leave a review because the bad reviews make me laugh so hard. They're just like so personalized and crazy. I like the one where the guys like yeah they definitely broke my ID in the time between it went under the window and they scanned it and now they won't let me in. Like come on guy that's one of the most ridiculous yet hilariously stupid made up stories I've heard in a while. And that kid Rossi that's like yo these white racists were just waiting to look at the other white kids shoes. Like in what world would somebody rather look at somebody's shoes in a dispensary then give somebody else trees and hopefully get like a couple of extra bucks stacked on to their paycheck with a tip. That again you also seem like the sort of dude that wouldn't leave a couple of extra bucks so maybe they did profile you I don't know. The Collin, the trees dry and dusty when they have GDL on the shelves is one of the funniest things I've ever heard. If anything, most of that prepackaged stuff is way too moist. Also, a lot of these kids sound like they haven't lived in Colorado for long and don't understand what good trees even taste like so they're leaving one star reviews. It all Just kind of makes me laugh. Anyways, go in here if you wanna pick up good trees fast. They don't do in-house stuff so look for GDL or any of the other stuff that you like. I went in today after I ordered a cartridge an hour in advance , came in and was told they didn't even know my order was placed . Then when I was told the item was out of stock I asked if they had any other options for what I ordered then the manager and his employee proceeded to giggle as if I asked a dumb question... to the better of my judgment I continued with the joke , afterwards she checked me out and the item was $10 more then what I ordered then when I get to open it it's not even the right item . If she would have told me we don't have anything available that matches your order then maybe tell me it's going to be a complete different item or price . I won't recommend this place to people in the area read more

Best group of employees providing incredible customer service. I am older and they were patient and very knowledgeable and patient explaining everything to me and I am so very happy with all of their suggestions. I haven't changed brands since I came back to SF, but unfortunately one of the brands they sold me on isn't sold here. That is very disappointing. I'm hoping there is a way to ship from this dispensary to SF. I guess we shall see. read more

I've been going here for about 5 years (in my neighborhood, convenient). Very friendly. I guess about 2 years ago, the business changed from Livegreen to Lakeshore Cannabis - and I could feel the vibe further enhancing. Now, after a full renovation - the shop is beautiful, super clean, and flooded with natural light They've always got plenty of time for customer care (never rushed)... the staff is amazing - suuuuuuper helpful and really well-educated. I had trouble with a product the other day and the manager (Sam? Steve?) was spectacularly helpful. I have been going here for years never have had a problem but now the Sam manager is false advertising every time I go in with him I have a problem I strongly recommend going somewhere else or hope you don't have to deal with him it is always a problem and never a good experience as long as I have to work with Sam. read more
