When I attempted to confirm that estate planning is within the scope of what they do, she again replied, I can't say why we cannot assist only that we cannot. WHAT??? Shameful business practice.

There were no surprises in our adoption. I think we were one of the lucky ones. We held our newborn daughter only 8 months after our first meeting with Bianco PA. It doesn't happen that fast for everyone, but I know we couldn't have done it without this team. I would not recommend them due to the lack of communication. A simple explanation would have sufficed.
