When I attempted to confirm that estate planning is within the scope of what they do, she again replied, I can't say why we cannot assist only that we cannot. WHAT??? Shameful business practice.

They explained the entire process to us step by step. Another YELP reviewer complained about over billing. This was not our experience. Every financial aspect was clearly explained upfront. There were no surprises in our adoption. I think we were one of the lucky ones. We held our newborn daughter only 8 months after our first meeting with Bianco PA. It doesn't happen that fast for everyone, but I know we couldn't have done it without this team. They held our hands every step of the way (I was a very needy client with lots of fears and regular phone calls). I would gladly refer this team (and private adoption) to anyone.

No free consultation offered. My life and my cat's mean nothing to them. Caring, nope!
