The sad fact is that hiring an attorney ain't like hiring a mechanic. If your mechanic gives you back your vehicle and it's not running correctly your mechanic takes another crack at it. Not so with attorneys! If you have a question or comment you're told that you are no longer represented by "The Firm" and you are left to flounder. Even when another lawyer looks at your "file" and has questions about what happened you are ignored. I have no problem admitting that I may, at times, be unpleasant but I am NOT stupid. I know how people speak to me and I am not so addle-headed as to not realize when I am being insulted. I may have sold my vehicles, be homebound, communicate sporadically but I am not a cadaver. I still have enough fight in me to remind HB that I am still alive and wellish and will not give up the fight. All I wanted was FAIR representation, to keep my Remote Call Center Minion position and slowly adjust to this new El Crappy life. That didn't exactly happen. I have had to do it entirely on my own using Copilot and Gemini to even get this put on the Internet. Sadly I am still reviewing the alleged "work product" and have been a bit dismayed.
