I found the place stocked with a pleasing selection of quality, organic foods and supplements at reasonable prices, along with a nice cooler of gourmet sandwiches and salads -- everything a health-foodie might need to survive on the road, as it were. The ladies' room could usually use a little attention and/or something in it is often broken, but I appreciate the fact that they have public restrooms available. During the pandemic when we could not enter our App student's dorm and many restaurants were closed, I'm not sure where else we might have been able to visit after driving up the mountain, and to me that is more important!! They always have a lovely selection of plants and fresh flowers at the front of the store to greet you, these made a lovely gift for our student after dance performances.

Jason helped us & my God- he was GREAT! He gave me local cancer survivors resources & even let me borrow a book on Immunotherapy. He was a wealth of knowledge as a cancer survivor himself. I picked up some reishi & Lions mane mushrooms, other supplements, and some things to add to my husbands regimen. I found the prices incredibly fair & some were cheaper than I've been paying at Whole Foods. I'd MUCH rather give them my money than Amazon! Everyone was so kind and helpful! It is the middle of the lunch hour and the shop is fairly busy which is always good to see as you know their products are fresher than most stores of this type.
