This suggests that Shawn did his work quite well and thoroughly. Work done: Shawn did various jobs including trouble shooting problems that other electricians could not solve, adding new dedicated circuits and receptacles for our home office, and doing assorted smaller jobs like installing lights and ceiling fans. Communication: Shawn gave us a good idea of what to expect; and when issues came up he patiently explained what needed to be done and why. Before selling our house, I took advantage of Shawn's previous experience as a tester/inspector in London and had him do a full test of the electrical system. Easy to work with: What I especially like about Shawn is that he goes about his work quietly and is meticulous about the quality of what he does and cleaning up afterwards. Our building had a very old sewer line leaking. We received quotes close to a 100k to replace it as…read moreit would have required opening walls etc.. We found out about the new way of lining those old sewer lines on the internet. After contacting several vendors NEPR was the best choice we ever made. They went above and beyond what we asked for and was very responsive compared to many plumbers we contacted. Did the job for fraction of what replacing those lines would have cost us with a long warranty. Highly recommend to anyone with broken or rotted sewer lines.

Fantastic service!…read more My elderly grandmother's boiler broke down just before Christmas and we didn't want her to be shivering on the cold winter nights. Was recommended Heatbase by a friend and they did not disappoint! My Nan can be quite nervous as she has been a victim of a few 'cowboy builders' recently, but the chap from Heatbase was brilliant! Very professional and was reasonably priced. He came round at short notice and had the boiler fixed straight away, would definitely use their services again!
