We are always in and out very quickly. This location does take a lunch break and it is closed for 1 hour from 12:30-1:30. It didn't list this on the website and the only number I could find was a main one where the woman told me they never closes, which I knew was un-true. I just forgot what time they closed. Luckily we made it with half hour to spare.

There is a lady that works there who I believe is Russian/strong accent who has consistently laughed at me, judged me and most recently ask me to do something after my test that could compromise/contaminate the results. She and the other ladies that work there have never asked me to perform such acts before! I am very disappointed in her carelessness and unprofessionalism as these particular tests are very sensitive. She also has repeatedly and even when we are the only ones there taken her sweet time to take care of us and has made me late to work and other important tasks. That being said this Carmel location and the Fishers location has really helped us during this difficult time. The only time we ever have any problems is when the employee listed above is by herself or the only one available at check in. Furthermore, Sal has been absolutely wonderful and caring! We love her and she takes such good care of us! Same with the newer girl who has red hair, she is a delight and so caring!

This practice ruined my life. I came here during a very dark place in my life. And I needed some…read moretesting for a possible STI/UTI. Off the bat. Without the tests even coming back positive for anything , I was prescribed doxycycline as an antibiotic treatment. About half way through the treatment I was feeling really bad abdominal pain. I called my pcp at this office and she told me "Oh that's completely normal with doxycycline, just finish the course ". I finished the course. And after , My pain symptoms got so bad I ended up in the emergency room several times since. I was diagnosed with doxycycline induced gastritis . (Inflammation of the stomach lining ) . The medication I was prescribed here literally damaged my stomach lining. And my life has been hell ever since. Instead of trying to treat it. The doctor who prescribed it referred me to a GI practice , who didn't have anyone available but a Nurse practitioner. And I ended up paying hundreds of dollars in copays there just to make the issue even worse. This happened back in January and it's April now and I'm still in pain . I can't eat anything besides chicken toast or bread. And this has made my life a living hell. I went in for a visit and got blood work done. And when the results came back I was told " See you In May " . This place is corrupt and they will literally prescribe you medications without a active diagnosis or a confirmation of one. And they will say "Well that's the standard of care. " The doctors here are pharmaceutical sales people. Not doctors who care about you. I'm still going through the gastritis. This is the most miserable thing I have ever been through and could of all been prevented if the doctor would of waited for test results to come back instead of throwing a prescription at me. I'm down almost 100lbs now. I can't eat anything. And I'm in constant pain. They ruined my life !

They offer a very wide variety of labs, among other things! I'd been to the Carmel location once, but this location is closer to me. Parking is available on the street in front of the building. There *is* a lot behind the building, but spots have reserved signs and there's a towing notice. I wouldn't risk it. Thankfully, I was able to find an easy spot right out front. I had a slew of blood work I was getting this day. The phlebotomist was very kind--and running the whole place herself! She told me she had 18 years of experience and it showed. We had some trouble with getting my blood at first. She had to wiggle the needle a bit, but I didn't feel a thing! And she quickly got the vials we needed. Results were back in about five business days. I had two tests that were more rare in this set. Typically, you can expect results back in 2-5 days. I'll definitely come back here as needed. It's clean, easy, professional, and pretty affordable for those without insurance coverage for whatever reason.

Doctor called for at least 6 test and the cost was $240.00 which was fine with me. The woman working, who's name is Tuesday, was very friendly and definitely had the skills for an easy blood draw. I've had previous experiences else where that did not go so well. Tuesday has exemplary phlebotomist skills! It was fast and painless. I'd liken it to a butterfly landing on my arm. I enjoy the fact that they do have Saturday hours available. So far my wait was never too bad and the service is generally friendly. I've only had grumpy service once or twice. I do have to say that the blood draw has been very good. I haven't had anybody miss my veins, bruise my arm or really hurt me. I n my book that is what counts, since my veins are not the easiest to tap into.

The staff member shrugged and informed me I'd probably be waiting "a good long time yet." Because that's what happens to walk ins, according to them.
