Lance is an A-1 kick ass amazing guy who doesn't pressure you, is about as friendly as they come, and is a local, super family guy who posts cute pictures of his family on instagram. He's smart as a whip, stays on top of the market, and delivers. We're starting a consolidation of assets and the overall amount of options and competitive offerings that EJ has seem to be on par with the big boys. But Lance is the true differentiator. Defeated, I had emailed DTRT as a last hope, and received a call no more than 5 minutes later asking me to come in the very next day! I met with Ron, the president, and he was fabulous. He was willing to help me as a college student and sat with me for free for almost an hour, going over financial basics and making general recommendations. (Now, that may be just for my case, and I don't want to generalize to all other college students that he is willing to do financial planning for no charge, but it was really only a semi-consultation.)
