I was looking for someone to hem my bridesmaid dress and was a little skeptical to try places that had few reviews - she does have a Facebook page and is on google maps. There weren't many alterations places available near by and driving 30 mins to get my dress altered was not ideal. I had called a bridal shop located in Dover to see if they did alterations and they recommended Susan Watson. Susan Watson is independently owned and she specializes in bridal/bridesmaid and prom attire. She mentioned prom season is a busy time for her and also whenever wedding season is. I had called three other places and the phone lines had gone dead, so in a way Susan Watson was my only choice. She was absolutely perfect! She is very friendly and personable!! And we shared a common interest in NCIS!!! She knew exactly what the perfect length my bridesmaid dress needed to be. I'm 5'0" tall and the dress without alterations would have been perfect on someone 5'6" with heels on... sooo alot needed to be chopped off. She hemmed three layers and the dress length was perfect! I had no problems walking down the isle and walking around during reception! The dress was also at a perfect length that covered my toes - which she recommended.
