Sure, the price was cheaper but we had no idea the quality and then the expedited shipping would have been crazy expensive. So I stopped into Young's to talk to them about what I needed. The lady was incredibly helpful (I think her name was Nancy) and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Sure...the shirts cost me a little more than online but I was happy to pay it to support a local company and to avoid the possibility of shipping delays. We have a promotion coming up, so I shot an email to Sign-A-Rama explaining what I needed, and when. (A 4-foot-by-2-foot "check" to be given as a donation to Goodwill on WKYC during a partnered donation drive we sponsor for them.) Sign-A-Rama had a proof emailed to me of the check within a day or two. They emailed me an invoice, and I forgot to respond with how I was going to pay. Because they know this project has a deadline, they called me to remind me about making my payment so they could begin production. I called to pay by phone, and we were finished! The check will be ready for pick up when I am in town next Friday. This is the 3rd year in a row we are using them for this oversized "check" for our partnership donation drive.
