So where did my principal payment go?!? Of course I called and got passed around to different people, finally the manager herself had no idea, but said she'd call me back. She never called back, but corrected my principal balance the next day. Now I'm on my third month and the principal balance has gone back up again!! Beware, before agreeing to this financing, they did not want to let me read the policy and agreement contract before I agreed to having my ac unit installed and even asked the manager, but they couldn't allow it. Now I see why....I will never finance here again nor recommend, if anything, I will do my best to tell people NO! Stay away.
