We were told they would continue to pursue the unpaid back rent from the last tenants we had (several months worth) and let us know when it was received. In following up with them now they said they did not pursue the recovery of back rent because they no longer manage it. Extremely frustrated in being provided false information and their handling of this. They had no problems ensuring they got thousands from me when the renters they placed left a huge mess that needed cleaning up and repairs that were required. I would never purchase one of their properties again.

When I called on Monday, the representative said they would get back to us in 10 days. Are we serious? Ten days to address that amount of money lost for a family of four is insane. What is someone supposed to do? It has now been three days, and Regions has yet to reach out or even look at the claim. They have no policy in place for families affected by this. It's absolutely ridiculous. We were talking to another bank in town, and they said they would provisionally put the funds back while they investigate so people wouldn't be in this situation. Considering how large Regions is, it's very sad they treat their customers this way. I don't care about your policy; your job is to protect and support others. We will be moving our money.

My family currently has a mortgage loan with Regions (they've been originating loans with this bank for over 30 years). It's excellent they use Blend (excellent digital origination platform) for Home Equity Lines of Credit, but I would like to see its use expand to Home Equity Loans and, of course...purchase, refinance, and construction and renovation mortgages as well. It would help getting a mortgage much easier and convenient.

I had no way of getting my money off my bank besides Zelle someone. And have them Apple Pay me but because I was out of town for a while Apple now has locked up my Apple Pay. There's no reason this bank should be that far behind. It's a virtual card. I asked for two debit cards they denied that because I'm only one person on the account. Do not recommend this Bank.
