This year we had an issue with our septic that turned out to be a nightmare and Eberl was so accommodating. What should have been a 2 day job turned into a month or so roller coaster due to issues created by the original plumber and the city. Every day there seemed to be a new issue. From the city pipes being higher that the septic pipes to there being a crack in the city pipe under our driveway. At every step Rick was helpful in letting me know everything that was going on and what they could do to solve the current problem. While all I was seeing was dollar signs he was finding solutions.
